Our mission
We work with schools, colleges and universities, offering staff and students a glimpse into their true potential. We help them create a compelling future vision, inspired by the science of optimal human flourishing- positive psychology.
We equip them with the emotional and psychological skills to bridge the gap between where they are now and where they’d like to be.
We help uncover each person’s unique strengths, talents and passions, helping them to find their purpose and cultivate the self- awareness, emotional agility and resilience to serve the world with their gifts, becoming motivated, happy and fulfilled.
Our Questions
We ask staff and students three simple but profound questions:
Who am I at my best? (What are my strengths, talents, passions, values etc?)
Where am I going? (What is my vision? How can I break this down into self-concordant goals? What is PERMA and why is this helpful?)
How am I going to get there? (what is psychological capital and how will it help me achieve the above?)
We share the research from Positive Psychology as a springboard for powerful group exercises and discussions.
Our Destination
Our aim is to help staff and students enhance their PERMA:
PERMA is the central model to Positive Psychology (designed by Martin Seligman) and is the secret to a happy and meaningful life. All our work is based around the science of PERMA.
Our Journey
Once staff and students are clear about their individual vision and what PERMA means to them, we’ll equip them with the emotional and psychological knowledge and skills needed to navigate this journey. We will explore:
How to ‘CRASH’ well, understanding negative emotions, developing emotional agility and building resilience through the Growth Mindset.
How to enjoy the ‘GLIDE’, mindfully savouring the moment whilst learning how and why the brain keeps us in the comfort zone (and what to do to leave)
How to ‘SOAR’ to exponential heights, harnessing strengths, talents and passions like never before.
Our Format
This content can be delivered in a variety of ways:
3- hour/ day- long workshop

A combination of workshops and class/ year/ whole school challenge
