We aim to propel individuals, teams and organisations to their full potential through the science of positive psychology. 

On an individual level, this means greater engagement, productivity and enhanced wellbeing. It also means less burnout and absenteeism.

On a team/ departmental level, it means enhanced communication, greater motivation and superior performance.

On an organisational level, it means the creation of committed employees who feel deeply aligned with the end goal of the company and have the emotional and psychological skills to thrive even in the face of adversity.

Our Process

Whilst our process is always tailored to the specific needs of every organisation, it’s likely that there will be at least two stages:

The first part of the process draws upon the central model to Positive Psychology- PERMA. This stands for:

P – Positive emotions
E – Engagement
R – Relationships
M – Meaning
A – Accomplishment

We share the key research with participants and offer some powerful questions to invite exploration around the optimal workplace. This part of the session ignites a collaborative and in- depth delve into that which matters most on a human and practical level.

It allows people to take stock of where they currently are and where they’d like to be in the above categories. This is very much the ‘envisioning’ and goalsetting stage.

The second part moves from vision and goals to ACTION.

We shares key research around positive psychology, equipping participants with the mental, emotional and psychological skills which lead to continual personal and professional growth.

We then pose key questions around the Six ‘E’ Model. This invites discussion and strategy- creation to enhance the following steps

This content can be delivered through hour- long talks, three- hour workshops, day- long sessions or company retreats.

This content can also be brought to life through powerful group and one- to- one coaching sessions.
