With a Master’s degree in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, my mission is to empower individuals and organisations toward greater happiness, clarity, and lasting success.

What is Positive Psychology?

Positive psychology is the study of optimal human functioning.

It focuses on identifying, exploring and amplifying a strong sense of passion, purpose and performance in individuals, teams and organisations.

It takes a strengths- based approach which inspires the ultimate self- mastery through a journey which explores psychological flexibility, emotional agility and resilience.

It’s an engaging, enlightening and empowering branch of psychology, backed by research and packed with practical exercises to bring the science to life.

All work is customised to meet the specific needs of each client. Delivery options include flexible formats designed to create meaningful and lasting impact.

How It’s Delivered

Who do we work with?

Measurement is important for us to gauge the efficacity of our wellbeing interventions. This is both quantitative (using empirically validated scales from Positive Psychology) and qualitative (seeking participant, departmental and organisational feedback).
